To communicate with others, you need to know their language. Learning another language takes time and practice. The process is the same for the spirit world. If you want to talk with the earth, you need to learn the language of the Earth.
The Earth shares principles of creation and performing miracles. But first, a quick word to clarify Earth versus earth...
The Earth is all elements, not just earth
In Chinese five element theory, the elements are Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. The Druids likely dealt with the four elements of earth, air, wind, and fire. When we talk with the Earth, we're talking with all of the elements, not solely the earth element. The earth element is the soil, the ground. But the Earth encompasses all elements.
What the voice of the Earth sounds like
I have been told to talk with the Earth and to learn her voice. Walking on the main path at Sunderbruch Park, I prayed and asked to receive an understanding of how the Earth communicates.
The answer came first as an understanding, and then I heard a female voice. The voice was within me, but not in my own mind. It resonated within my body.
The language of the Earth
The earth speaks through feelings and awareness, much like the spirit does. You are made of the same materials as the earth is made of. We are both alive with spirit, but in different ways.
If you listen to yourself, you are listening to me. I can guide you and direct you if you will ask. I know the composition of your being, the types of energies of which you are made, and what those energies need to be sustained and to thrive and to flourish and to grow and to be. You are much air. Your fire is out of balance and seeking for direction.
How to perform miracles
Everyone is a balance of the elements. The Chinese are masters of the elements, as were the ancient Druids. They understood the different elements.
If you know how to master yourself, you know how to master the elements. If you know how to master the elements, you master yourself. This is how Jesus walked on water, and how you too can perform what seem to be miracles but are only lawful actions that are beyond your current understanding.
The Earth speaks through the elements
Expand your awareness. Talk with the different elements within and without and ask them to teach you of themselves. See what the wind has to say, and the fire.
Everything carries messages. Everything is communication. Everything is seeking and being sought. All is intelligence. All has wisdom. The question is, is it the wisdom that you desire? Is it the wisdom that will lead you to where you want to go? Not all wisdom is worth seeking for.
What you know in your heart to be true is the light to follow and the guidance to start with. Seek within and seek without. All is in both places, all is reflected in both ways.
The Earth shares how to create
Your world is in chaos because people do not know how to create order within their own minds or their own bodies, or even their own environment. Teach people how to create order, and your world will reflect that order. Learn to order yourself. Learn to order yourself within society, and with others. Within groups.
Create order and structure in the same way that your heavenly beings created the structure that is the earth on which you now stand. All things have laws, all things will guide, all things can create. You are one with creation and of creation. Allow your spirit to soar and see more than what is. That is all for today. Thank you.
The Earth's wisdom is an accessible guide
Even as I wrote this post, the Earth spoke to me. The first task of writing a blog is deciding on a good title. It takes time and practice, because a good title means people can find what you've written. As I worked on coming up with a title, I got the sense to ask the earth instead of trying to use my own logic and reason. I was impressed to go outside and stand on the grass.
As I stood on the grass, I quickly got the title - Learn the language of the Earth.
Then, the Earth said: Child, use my wisdom, not yours. Learn to let me lead.
I received the language of the Earth first as a sense, an awareness, in my being. As I followed that step in faith, and stood on the grass, I received the next piece. This is how we learn the language. Notice, trust, act.
We are blessed to have all the guidance we need for our time here on earth. We have the Holy Spirit, the voice of Heavenly Father and Jesus, other spirits who have been assigned to help us, and even the voice of the earth (and other elements). There are times when it is important to distinguish the source of the guidance. Most times, the source isn't important. What matters is that we learn to receive and to trust it and to follow.
I know that as you learn to spend time listening, you will receive. God loves you, and wants you to seek for him and hear what he has for you. Read your scriptures. Listen to hymns. Meditate. Take time in quiet and you will be guided by the still, small voice.

Hi Jen. I love you! I thought I record a little story about Cori, my 5th daughter. I pieced this story together from what she told me after school and what the teacher told me later:
When one of my daughters was 5 years old in the fall of First Grade, the teacher started to teach the kids about plants. He asked if anyone knew anything about how plants work. Cori raised her hand and offered an explanation that frankly astounded the teacher. She told him something like 'The leaves of the plant have little mouths that gobble up air and places that soak in the sun, and that the sun and the air become food that the plant sends down pipes in the stem feed the roots. And the roots give water to the leaves." It was actually more complicated than that. The teacher later told me that she described photosynthesis perfectly in 5 year old language. He asked her how she knew — the same question I asked when she was telling me of the experience after school that day. She answered, "The plant told me." I urged her to tell me more and she told me how it was a cold day that was a little wet and she felt sorry for a plant in the backyard. So she put her hands together in a way that she had learned and formed what she called a warm energy ball and gave it to the plant. The plant then spoke to her and explained her how it could get energy from the sun (photosynthesis) but the sun was not out and it was very nice of her to give it warmth!
I and others of my children have talked to plants, but that was the most striking experience.
Hi Cheryl. I love you too! That is such a beautiful story. I love how sensitive she was to the need of the plant. Your family has some incredible talents!
